Her work focuses on creating engaging, evidence-informed approaches that help learners achieve their individual goals and thrive in educational settings.

Vikki has also undertaken independent research into the therapeutic applications of tabletop role-playing games, exploring their potential to enhance engagement, self-expression and personal development within therapeutic interventions. She continues to expand her academic knowledge and professional practice, combining creativity with evidence-based approaches to develop innovative and inclusive support for those she works with.

Sharlene Rudd

Sharlene Rudd

Co-founder & CEO

Humanistic psychotherapist and researcher with a background in commercial sales and strategic business development, specialising in neurodiversity, childhood trauma, anxiety, self-esteem and creative therapeutic interventions that create meaningful personal growth.

My career combines two passions: understanding people and creating meaningful change. Before qualifying as a humanistic psychotherapist, I built extensive experience in commercial sales and strategic business development, developing a strong understanding of communication, relationships and human behaviour.

Today, I work with young people and adults facing challenges including anxiety, emotional distress, self-esteem difficulties, neurodiversity and childhood trauma. Much of my experience has involved supporting young people in significant distress, helping them develop resilience, emotional awareness and healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I am particularly passionate about creative therapeutic approaches, designing interventions that use storytelling, role-play and immersive experiences to make therapy engaging, accessible and transformative. These principles sit at the heart of my work with Role Resolve, where imagination becomes a powerful tool for growth, healing and personal development.
