Counselling Services

Individual psychotherapy grounded in understanding, growth and lasting change.

One-to-one therapy, tailored to you — online or in person.

Our approach

Our work is grounded in Humanistic Psychotherapy, which recognises that every person’s experience is unique.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, we draw on a range of evidence-based approaches to create therapy that is tailored to you.

Understanding Yourself in the Present

(Gestalt Therapy)

We help you develop greater awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, enabling you to better understand yourself and make choices that feel right for you.

Improving Relationships and Communication

(Transactional Analysis)

Together, we explore patterns in relationships and communication, helping you build healthier connections with yourself, family members, friends and colleagues.

A Safe Space to Be Heard

(Person-Centred Counselling)

We provide an empathic, non-judgemental environment where you can explore your experiences openly and discover your own path forward.

Navigating Life's Challenges and Transitions

(Existential Therapy)

We support you in exploring questions around identity, purpose, choice and responsibility, particularly during periods of change or uncertainty.

Creative and Individualised Support

(Integrative & Creative Approaches)

Where appropriate, we incorporate creative therapeutic techniques, storytelling and tailored interventions to help make therapy accessible, engaging and meaningful.

Understanding Neurodivergence and Identity

(Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice)

We provide a neurodiversity-affirming space to explore experiences of autism, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. Our approach celebrates difference and supports self-understanding, confidence and wellbeing.

We integrate a range of approaches — including Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Person-Centred Counselling, Existential Therapy and creative methods — to ensure the support you receive is as unique as you are. Everything we do is focused on helping you feel understood, empowered and able to thrive.
